Jared Jones grew up without a lot of strong male voices in his life. What he did have was the water — and the quiet it offered when everything else felt uncertain.

Over 23 years later, he's built Wayfound Outdoors around what he knows to be true: that something happens to a man when he steps away from the grind, gets his feet in a creek, and someone actually takes the time to ask how he's really doing.

Jared isn't your average guide. He'll put you on fish — that's a given. But he'll also show up as a real person, not a service provider. He opens every trip with prayer and closes it the same way. In between, he asks the kinds of questions that make you think on the drive home.
